You'll need to provide the following when registering:
  • An active Bangladeshi mobile number (ideally linked to bKash/Nagad)
  • Email Address (Optional but Recommended)
  • Full Name
  • Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
  • Strong Password
In some cases, your NID or passport number may be required.

No. Under Wageon's policy, each person is allowed only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts may result in all of them being permanently suspended and any balances being forfeited.

To change your email address or mobile number after registration, you'll need to contact our support team. Your name and date of birth generally cannot be changed, as they are used for identity verification. It's always best to register with accurate information.

First, make sure the mobile number entered is correct. If your connection is fine, wait 1–2 minutes. If the OTP still hasn't arrived, click "Resend". If the problem continues, email us at support@wageon.im.
