01General Terms & Eligibility
Wageon (wageon.im) is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Wageon and its users ("Members"). By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are agreeing to these Terms in full.
Wageon's terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. If changes are made, we will notify you via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- These terms have been drawn up in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and relevant international gaming regulations.
- If any section is unclear, contact our support team — they're happy to help in Bengali.
- These terms are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
Please note: Using your account without reading these terms means you will not be able to claim you were unaware later. It's best to read through everything once before you begin.
02Account Registration & Verification
To open an account with Wageon, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incorrect details is strictly prohibited.
- Providing your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and email at registration is mandatory.
- Each person may hold only one account — multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method are not permitted.
- The KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process may require a copy of your national ID or passport.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
- Keep your account password private — if you share it with anyone, you bear full responsibility for any consequences.
- If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at support@wageon.im.
Warning: Opening an account under someone else's name or a false identity, or allowing minors to use an account, may be a criminal offense.
03Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Wageon supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500; the maximum limit depends on the payment method.
- Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered on your account.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus winnings.
- For unusual or suspicious transactions, Wageon may request additional information for verification purposes.
- Wageon does not charge any service fees on transactions, though your payment provider's own charges may apply.
When making a deposit, ensure the payment is made from your own number or account. Payments through third parties are strictly prohibited and may cause complications during account verification.
04Bonus & Promotion Terms
Wageon offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each offer comes with specific terms that must be read before use.
- Welcome Bonus: New members receive a bonus on their first deposit. A wagering requirement of typically 5x–10x must be met before the bonus can be used.
- Cashback Offer: A cashback percentage is available on weekly losses. Cashback is directly withdrawable.
- Reload Bonus: Deposit on select days to earn additional bonuses. Terms and validity periods are specified separately for each offer.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.
- If the wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
- Wageon reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
If a withdrawal is requested before bonus conditions are met, the bonus amount will be deducted. Bonus balance and real balance are displayed separately.
05Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activities on Wageon are conducted under defined rules. Game outcomes are determined impartially, and there is no possibility of tampering with any result.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Wageon is not liable for any delays in bet acceptance during live betting caused by network issues.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Wageon reserves the right to re-settle the bet at the correct odds.
- The RTP (Return to Player) rate for all games is set in accordance with international standards.
- In live Sports Betting, all announced results are considered final.
- If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
06Prohibited Activities
The following activities are a clear violation of Wageon's Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure:
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
- Using automated bots or software to play games.
- Accessing or attempting to access another member's account.
- Depositing using third-party funds (money laundering).
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Fraudulent activity against other members.
- Abusive behaviour toward Wageon staff.
Important: Prohibited activities may result in more than just account closure — all funds held in the account may be confiscated, and legal action may be taken where applicable.
07Account Suspension & Closure
Wageon reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a terms violation is found.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false information.
- As a security measure against suspicious financial activity.
- Extended periods of inactivity (12 months or more).
- At the member's own request for self-exclusion.
Upon account closure, any legitimate balance will be refunded; however, bonus-derived funds will be forfeited. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee starting after 3 months.
08Privacy & Data Protection

- Your data is never sold to third parties.
- All data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
- Information may be shared with relevant authorities to comply with legal obligations.
- You may request to update or delete your personal data at any time.
09Responsible Gaming
Wageon believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment, not problems. That's why we provide multiple tools and features to promote responsible gaming.
- Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Betting Limit: Control the maximum amount you can bet within a given time period.
- Cooldown Period: You can take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
- Self-Exclusion: You can self-exclude from the platform for a period of 6 months to 5 years.
